The founder of Curd Tunes was just a lucky kid, surrounded by food and love growing up in the Midwest. His parents and grandmother may not have known the impact they were making on the young lad, but their dedication to great food whenever possible as a way to nourish your soul, had an astounding effect on his future passion to make people happy in the same way. He also has an extensive Culinary background stretching from Stadium Suites and Hotels to the tiny yet mighty 1 star Michelin Restaurant, Bonsoirée. Serendipitously falling in love with baking and pastry work during a time of necessity at the beautiful World of Whirlpool, his food world opened even wider and brighter to the possibilities of joy he could bring to those who tried his food. He is proud to have all of that experience and fun mashed together into the Curd Tunes World!
